Directions from Route95/128 (Northbound): |

| Go north on Route 95/128 to Exit 27B, Winter Street. |
| At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Wyman Street. |
| At the next light turn right and cross over Route 95/128. You are now heading west on Winter Street. |
| Stay in the right lane and proceed approximately 1½ miles (past GTE and Polaroid, the reservoir will be on your right) to the entrance of Bay Colony Corporate Center. |
| 950 is the first building in the complex on the left. Lucent Venture Partners is in Suite 2600 on the second floor. |
