Directions from Route95/128 (Northbound):
	Go north on Route 95/128 to Exit 27B, Winter Street. At the end of the exit ramp turn right onto Wyman Street. At the next light turn right and cross over Route 95/128. You are now heading west on Winter Street. Stay in the right lane and proceed approximately 1½ miles (past GTE and Polaroid, the reservoir will be on your right) to the entrance of Bay Colony Corporate Center. 950 is the first building in the complex on the left. Lucent Venture Partners is in Suite 2600 on the second floor.

	Go south on Route 95/128 to Exit 27B, Winter Street.
